We sought your views on options for how the district should be developed over the next 20 years through public consultation from 12 July to 28 September 2012. We received nearly 21,000 comments.

Local Plan Workshops
As part of the process of gathering evidence for and preparing the new Local Plan, during March and April 2012 we held a series of workshops with Members, Parish Councils, stakeholders (for example, infrastructure providers), house builders, planning agents and registered providers.
