Maintenance services we provide
Our housing services team work to keep the grounds of communal areas of our estates in good condition. They are responsible for:
- monitoring the performance of your grounds maintenance service
- carrying out regular estate inspections
- holding regular meetings with our grounds maintenance contractor.
To maintain the grounds of our estates we will carry out cyclical and reactive work.
Cyclical works and carried out regularly throughout the year and can include:
- cutting the grass
- trimming hedges
- removing weeds
Reactive works happen when requested and can include:
- tree works
- leaf clearance
- ditch clearance
- removing litter

What you can do
To make sure we can maintain your estate please:
- make sure that grassed areas are kept free of litter and dog fouls
- do not park on grassed areas
You are responsible for your own garden, sheds, patios and any fencing (unless they form an external boundary onto a road or footpath).
