Our Housing Performance
Affordable Homes Performance
We analyse our day-to-day performance and statistics for each quarter within a financial year to keep track of how we are doing. This performance data covers:
- complaints and compliments
- freedom of Information Requests
- anti-social behaviour
- homelessness and performance benchmarking using HouseMark
Housing Performance Panel
work to improve housing services for all tenants and leaseholders by reviewing, assessing, and challenging our performance, as well as our contractor’s performance.
The panel identifies areas where performance could be improved. They hold quarterly meetings where they review our performance reports. Minutes of their meetings are published on our working groups page.

- Housing Needs of Specific Groups – October 2021: A study on the needs of people whose need are not met by the current housing available. It looks at the specific groups to focus on when discussing future housing need in the District.
